My goal is to develop a relationship with you and not just be a person that shows up, wipes down your counters, and leaves.
During the initial walk-through, I will ask you questions to determine your pain points in your home. I want to make you feel better about your home so if your main concern is the floors, it doesn’t do much good for me to focus all my time on the bathrooms. If you have concerns about cleaning products used, I will jot them down. If you have anything you don’t want me to touch, I will make a note of it.
I always tell new clients, “I want you to feel comfortable coming to me and telling me if you don’t like the way I do something.” I won’t take it personally because it’s your home and if you’re going to pay someone to clean it, you should be comfortable with how it’s done.
On the flip side, if there is anything you want that I can’t do or goes against my policies, I will be up front about it. I will try to find a solution that works for both of us, but if that is not possible, we might just not be a good fit and that is okay!

I charge by the job and not hourly. This means that you will know what you pay before the clean even starts and you will never have to worry about me taking longer than necessary or rushing through the job.
Each quote is based on square footage and the scope of the clean. Before we actually schedule the clean, we will do a walk-through together and then I will send you the quote based on the services you are looking for.

Yes, I will always bring my own supplies and cleaning products. I do recommend that I use your vacuum, but if that is not possible, I always thoroughly clean mine between uses.
If you have your own product that you would like to request I use, just let me know! On that same note, if you have any allergies or sensitivity to smells, let me know in advance so I can handpick the best products for your home.

I love pets! I don't mind having them around while I clean, unless they are aggressive, in which case I would ask that you keep them in a separate room or crate for the duration of the clean.
-
It is completely up to you. After you let me in, feel free to run some errands or do whatever you need to do! If you decide to stay home for the duration of the clean, just let me know if there are any rooms I need to avoid.

If you choose to go with a different housecleaner for financial reasons, that is okay! It is your money and it is up to you what you feel comfortable spending it on.
My clients pay my prices for several reasons. As a legitimate business, I pay all required taxes and insurance premiums so they don’t ever have to think about it. I provide all the supplies and tools needed to clean their homes so they don’t have to. And being a solo cleaner, they never have to worry about me bringing a team of strangers into their home. They get to know me personally and they trust me around their belongings, pets, children, etc. That peace of mind can be priceless!
