I do take recurring clients on a limited basis. This is to ensure that I always have availability for one-time cleans as needed.
-
I charge by the job and not hourly. This means that you will know what you pay before the clean even starts and you will never have to worry about me taking longer than necessary or rushing through the job.
Each quote is based both on square footage and the level of "filth". Before we schedule the clean, I will ask you for an estimate of the square footage and provide you with a quote. If I arrive to the clean and the condition of the space requires a higher charge, I will let you know before beginning the clean.
-
Yes, I will always bring my own supplies and cleaning products. If you have your own product that you would like to request I use, just let me know! On that same note, if you have any allergies or sensitivity to smells, let me know in advance so I can handpick the best products for your home.
-
I love pets! I don't mind having them around while I clean, unless they are aggressive, in which case I would ask that you keep them in a separate room or crate for the duration of the clean.
-
It is completely up to you. After you let me in, feel free to run some errands or do whatever you need to do! If you decide to stay home for the duration of the clean, just let me know if there are any rooms I need to avoid.

Many housecleaners provide an initial deep clean and then return to the same home on a monthly or biweekly basis to provide maintenance cleaning at a lower cost.
My standard deep clean requires more elbow grease than your average maintenance clean. Also included in the price is the cost of cleaning products, which is going to be higher for a more thorough and sanitary clean.
The initial quote may seem alarming at first but for many people, it's worth it to hit that "reset button" on their home. There really is nothing like having a clean home!
