Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled clean. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration, but after three cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, services may be subject to termination.

If payment is made in full for a scheduled service, it will not be considered a cancellation.

Monthly clients have the option of rescheduling the clean to take place within one week provided there is availability.

Cleaning Schedule

Recurring clients may choose from a weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning frequency. The monthly option is every four weeks, so there will be 13 cleanings per year.

Pets

Furry friends are no problem at all. If a pet seems distressed or agitated by my presence, I will ask you to put them in a separate room for the duration of the clean.

Products

I will bring my own tools and products. If there are any allergies or sensitivities, let me know so that I can accommodate that.

Excluded Services

Excluded services include anything that may be reasonably considered a biohazard, such as animal waste, human waste, mold, etc.

Excluded services also include moving furniture weighing more than 30 pounds.

Termination of Services

Either party my terminate services at any time for any reason. Any outstanding charges are due immediately upon termination.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the clean. I accept cash, card, or Venmo.

If anything has not been done to your satisfaction, this must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of the clean to be rectified at no extra charge.

If you would like to put a card on file for me to charge at the end of each clean, please let me know.

Trash Removal

Trash removal is not included in my general services but can be available upon request.
